Basically, it's a contest in which teams form to represent a ship and submit fanworks to fill a prompt issued each round, and then receive points based on the number of votes their entry receives. Technically, the winning team doesn't win anything except maybe bragging rights, it's just a social event more motivated toward making friends and seeing some really freaking quality fan contributions.
